4. Reset your pin. Maybe you have forgotten your pin or passcode or you never set it up in the first place. This is a common issue. Most carriers have detailed instructions for changing passcodes. Press 4 to record your Temporary greeting. Press 2 to delete your Temporary Greeting. Hang up. Press the Message key. Enter your password, followed by the # key. Press 1 to listen to new messages. Follow the prompts to save, delete, etc.
