There's no doubt about it -- leaving a good sales voicemail is hard. And even if you do record a well-crafted message, do prospects actually listen to them, or take the time to call you back? Not usually.

Your network can be the culprit causing the issue for the application. Sometimes, the network can be blocking the application usage for your phone. Several users solved this issue by resetting their network settings. Resetting network settings will renew all the information related to the network that you are using on your phone. You can reset the network settings by following the steps below:
“Hi, I’m calling about the home you have for sale. One of my clients mentioned your home the other day and how it was being sold privately. I was wondering if you would be willing to pay a buyer commission if my client wants to buy your home. If so, please call me at ____________ and let me know. My name is ________ and I’m from [your agency]. Again, my number is __________. I look forward to hearing what you think about a potential sale. Thank you.”
Sound upbeat in your message. When recording, be sure to say your message with a smile on your face. It’s obvious when people aren’t happy in their message. Since your work revolves around keeping happy customers, do your part by keeping a happy-sounding voicemail message.
On another phone: Dial your own mobile number, press * or # (depending on your carrier) to bypass your greeting, then enter your voicemail password.
"Hello, this is [Your Name] from [Your Company Name]. I'm calling because [insert reason for calling]. I'd love to talk to you about [insert benefit you can offer if they call back]. My number is [insert phone number]. I'll also follow up with an email tomorrow. I look forward to hearing what you think. Have a great day. Goodbye!"
5. On your dial pad, press “1” to listen to your messages, the most recent message should play first.
Hi there! You’ve reached [LinkedPhone – Where Freedom Rings!] We’re away at the moment but please leave your name, number, and let us know how we can help you. We’ll make sure the right team gets back to you within [the next 24 hours]. We appreciate your call. Thank you.
1. Enable airplane mode on your phone, so calls are automatically routed to voicemail.
It doesn’t matter what you save to your phone, computer or tablet — everything you keep on your devices should be considered private unless you give someone else permission to look through your files, images and apps.
Your voicemail PIN can be any number 4 to 15 digits long. Be sure to make note of it because you'll need it to access your messages in the future.
End your voicemail by asking your prospect to tell you more, whether about their recent vacation to Thailand or their unique business pain points. It's a simple request -- and easier than, say, "Give me a call back, I'd love to find out when we can write up our contract."
