After you have stated the nature of your call, you want to be sure to close out your voicemail confidently. If you say something similar to “please call me back”, or “I really need to talk to you” you run the risk of coming across overly excited and potentially a little desperate.

This includes your storefront, website, social media presence, emails, and every interaction you have with your customers, both online and in-person.

An excellent business voicemail greeting conveys your level of professionalism and competence while also providing your callers with a glimpse into your company’s culture and level of care.
