When leaving a voicemail, hanging up sends it. Here’s how it works: after the beep, the automated system on the other end starts recording all input from your end into an audio file. That audio file is then registered as a new “voicemail” for the intended recipient.
Note: The text messaging notifications feature is only supported in specific regions and for specific mobile service providers. If you don't see your mobile service provider listed, you won't be able to set up text messaging notifications.
It’s a good practice for each of your team members to have their own personal business phone numbers. There are many reasons why they shouldn’t use their personal cell phone number for business, so you’ll want to give them their own phone number through your VoIP provider or phone system.
