Try to rehearse your voicemail as if you’re rehearsing for a play! Take a paper and write down all you want to convey in your voicemail. Word it properly, and give enough time to make it coherent and comprehensible. You can also read out what you want to express, as the process helps you in collecting your thoughts and putting them down in words.

You know what? I would shorten this greeting even more. Let’s make it simpler. Let’s make it shorter.
You also don't want to confuse them with too much technical jargon and complex vocab. Keep things on the lighter side and approach your voicemails conversationally.
Here I'm referring to lines such as "Please call me back" or "I'll check in again on X date." Because they're generic, these asks don't increase the buyer's feeling of responsibility. Instead, I suggest posing your specific question and ending the call there.
