If you are going to be unavailable for a predetermined time, let people know. 1. Personal Business Voicemail Greeting. Your personal voicemail greeting should be brief and to the point. State your name and your availability, project a welcoming aura, and ask the caller for whatever information you need from them.
2. Open the dial pad. Tap the dial pad icon near the bottom of the screen to bring up your phone's dial pad.
Don’t include the date unless it’s completely necessary. 16 of the messages I heard last month had the wrong date—one of the messages had a date over 2 months old!
