Before you hit the record button for your voicemail message, take some of these tips into account:
Make sure you don’t use a monotone voice when you record your business voicemail greetings. Use inflection in your voice so you don’t sound like a robot.

Voicemail Script #8: The Professional Script. Some prospects need you to sound professional. All they want is a straightforward solution to their pain points. In such cases, you need to structure your voicemail to be precise and direct. Here’s an example of a professional voicemail script: “Hello, this is [name] from [company name].

People have conversations with many other people every day so it is important to leave all relevant details in your message in order to jog the listener’s memory and ensure they know exactly how to respond when they call you back.

Do you have a fun fact about yourself or something unique to you? Share that in your voicemail and then ask for the customer to leave you with a fun fact so that you can call them back.
