When you leave a voicemail do not use your full name because that immediately raises a red flat that you are a salesperson making a cold call. Then, tap the bubble that appears next to each of your messages to select it. If you would like to delete all of your voicemail messages, tap every bubble until they’re each filled with a blue check mark icon.
When you start to record the business voicemail greetings, be sure to pay attention that the professional voicemail is not able to pick background noises that could make your message sound distort and inaudible.
