To set up voice mail, tap the Phone icon, tap the Voicemail icon and then "Greeting.". There are two options available: Default and Custom. If voice mail hasn't been set up previously on your phone, Default is selected, which means people will hear your wireless carrier's generic voice mail greeting when they call you.

Use smaller and simplified words rather than business jargon your customers will not understand.

Rather than the over-used “I’ll check in again on Monday,” leave the conversation off with a reminder of the benefit of chatting or a specific question that gets their gears turning.
Voicemails that simply say, “call me” are irritating at best. The insurance agent is quite polite in his approach towards his clients. He is also eager in extending his help to the client.
Job candidates who forget to create a simple, professional voice mail message very well may not be getting a call back from a recruiter or potential employer. And more than likely, no message to call back either. A weak or non-existent voice mail message leaves a first impression that you’re too lazy to attend to details.
