Then the ones working are responsible for those messages. That said, in my branch nobody seriously awaits an answer in July, but I’m in academica.

Anything worded like Option 1 would never fly at my workplace, exactly because of this. The first Veterans Day under the new law was observed with much confusion on October 25, 1971.
