My pet peeve is “I am out of the office until the 12th of never” with no indication of who might be able to help. But… we also have people who turn on their out of office while teleworking. WHAT?! There are a lot of ways to improve your out of office message, but you should first make sure that you covered the most important stuff.
Automatic replies are sent once to each sender. At the top of the page, select Settings > View all Outlook settings > Automatic replies. To turn on automatic replies, select the Turn on automatic replies toggle. Select the Send replies only during a time period check box, and then enter a start and end time.
