“I’m offline and have sporadic access to email until X date. For urgent matters contact Colleagues A and B. For true work related emergencies you can call me at Cell Number”
Hello! Thanks for getting in touch. I’m out of the office until [DATE] with limited access to email. But never fear! I’ve left you with some helpful writing tips to read and share.
.
The office holiday greeting wishes for the office can be sent through greeting cards and greetings mails. One can also send video clips with funny holiday greetings recordings sent to the office on a DVD and marked to the employees. The holiday greetings would make the office and its staff feels good and special.
But traveling for work, then I say “intermittent access” so that I only need to respond to the urgent emails and can ignore everything else for a few days.
To keep the customers happy as they get frustrated when their experience isn’t personalized. Uphold customer expectations as maximum consumers expect personalized services from brands. Create brand evangelists as customers are likely to become repeat buyers of a brand that personalizes interactions. Examples & samples of automated messages (Text, Email)
My OOO messages are always pretty casual, and the last line in the list of “for X, contact Y” is always something like “for chili recipes, contact Z”.

Thank you for your note. I’m currently out of the office, returning on [date]. I’ll respond to your message then.
I worked with a guy years ago who would update his voicemail greeting literally every time he left the office.
Ryan Reynolds (of Deadpool fame) doesn't just act. But you probably knew that. Why? Because he has some wildly funny out of office replies that went viral after he and good ol' Jimmy Fallon invited viewers to send Ryan an email.
Whether it’s a fully-blown holiday, or just a few days away that’s at the forefront of your mind – tying up loose ends at work should never be overlooked. Aside from delegating your workload while you’re away, this also means setting up an out of office email.
Proof that some people just Don’t Get It: in response to my out of office voicemail message directing callers to contact my co-worker for anything urgent, a woman left the following message on MY voicemail: “Co-worker, I am having this issue, blah, blah, blah. Please call me at X.” Yeah, I–not co-worker–got the message a week later when I returned.
