"Hello, you've reached [name] at [company]. I'm unable to come to the phone right now. Leave your name and number, and I'll return your call as soon as I'm free. Thank you."
You may also want to include bullet points of what is in progress so that your client knows you’re on top of things. Not sure how to embed an animated gif in your signature? Here's how to spice up your next out of office reply and add an animated gif.
It’s very likely that you’ll set up an auto-reply message while you’re at a conference or any other business event. What’s more, some of your prospects will be there as well, so you should use an opportunity like that to meet them in person and strengthen that relationship.
The message will be automatically triggered in response to any incoming text received while the away message is turned on. Like this:
Thank you for you email. I am out of the office from [insert date] until [insert date]. If you have an urgent request, please contact [insert name] at [insert email].

As you probably already know, sitting down all day at work can be harmful for your health – especially if you’re not exercising outside of work. But don’t worry, there are plenty of exercises designed for those who are struggling to combine a busy work life as well as a fitness regime. Is staff productivity impeded by a dated office design?
I would very much like to meet him, and I don’t know if that proves or challenges his point…
Thanks for your email! I’ll be OOO from [date] to [date] and will not be accessing email during that time.
Q. As an employee or faculty member, will I be able to use our on-campus recreation facilities during winter break?
Rather than sounding like a boring email robot, you could add a funny tone to your letter. Use a GIF or a meme to joke about what you’re doing on vacation, but remember not to go overboard.
