There is no option on the iPhone Mail app to set the vacation response for emails. However, like iCloud, most of the other email providers are also offering to set an automatic vacation response, including Gmail, Yahoo Mail, HotMail providers.

I worked somewhere that required we use them when we left for the day or if we were in meetings all day. It was rather annoying to do every single day. Pro tip: The first works well for both voicemail greetings and email responders, while the next two are most appropriate for emails.
