Thank you for your email. I am out of the office and will be back on Nov 10th. During this period, I will have limited access to my email.
My bank still does that, and it seems to serve a good purpose there–I appreciate knowing if I should call someone else to get things done that day.

If you are going out of office but still leave something interesting for your contacts like poetry, that’s something really out of the box. This is a truly amazing OOO message, and reverting with poetry will surely make the receiver read it twice as emails are the last place one imagines reading poetries. Especially closing with “If all else fails, clear your cache…” is one good way of telling people that they will need proper help and it will anyway take time before they’re all set. Colleagues and clients who know you are on vacation or at a conference might be less likely to fill your inbox with messages. If someone does need immediate help on a project, they can know who to contact in your absence to make sure it gets handled on time.
I should add that I actually WISH I got more exciting OOO messages and/or that I felt like I could be more exciting with mine!
My personal voicemail says that I prefer emails or texts when possible, and please leave a voicemail only as a last resort but either of the other two options will have a much faster response rate. I think I’ve gotten two voicemails in the last year.

Uploading Special Holiday Greetings Log in to 8x8 Admin Console. Click Auto Attendants. Click Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the Auto Attendant you wish to edit. Go to Call Handling Menus and select the Holiday Open Hours Menu or Holiday Closed Hours Menu. Select Play audio file. Click Select File. Click Upload an audio file. Enter the Name of your recording. Click the center of your screen or drag an audio file to the Upload your Audio File window.
