The other being I did it once at my current job, pointed them to my boss, and he called me every time someone reached out to him. I once worked somewhere that required an all-office email if you were going to be late, if you had an appointment, etc. I hated that. No one needed to know I was going to the dentist, but it was policy so I did it.
Same! If I’m on vacation then I say I have no access to emails. Even if I’m just sitting on my couch all week.
