Business voicemail greetings aren’t difficult at all to optimize. For other inquiries, leave a brief message and your name and number and I will call you back by [timeframe].
For each of the greetings you want to be recorded, write your script. You can write different scripts for the main greeting and for the different extensions i.e. the voicemail greeting, the transfer message and the name.
