A ringless voicemail drop places a pre-recorded message into a phone’s voicemail inbox without the phone having to ring. The technology sends the voicemail message directly into the recipient’s voicemail server. PhoneBurner does not offer ringless voicemails.

Android 6.0 and above includes a OMTP VVM client, which (when provided with the correct configuration) will connect to Carrier VVM servers and populate visual voicemail messages within the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) Dialer. The VVM client: Handles the SMS messages used to activate/deactivate/query status of the service and the SMS messages used to notify the device of events in the subscriber's mailbox Syncs the mailbox with the IMAP server Downloads the voicemails when the user chooses to listen to them Fetches voicemail transcriptions Fetches details of voicemail quota (total mailbox size and occupied size) Integrates into the Dialer for user functionality such as calling back, viewing unread messages, deleting messages, etc. Integrate with the VVM client Implementation
You could add the words "After-Hours Service" or "After-Hours Line" after the company's name. That way there's no concern over whether it is indeed a number that reaches a real person who will return their call during non-business hours. It's a way to let them know they're on the right track. If that makes sense. :)
