I have Voicemail messages but when I login the system tells me I have no Voicemails It is possible that you have selected the option to Delete Voicemail Message once it has been sent to email. In order for *97 to work you have to make sure the device or softphone you are using is connecting to the servers with a SIP account associated with that mailbox.
