4 hours agoThe process is very simple. You'll just have to click the green phone icon, the same place you make calls, and navigate to the voicemail screen. On the voicemail screen, you'll see a greetings option on the top left. Once you click greeting, you can change it from default to custom and record your custom greeting.
The very first thing to be checked is, have you set up the voicemail earlier or directly recording the voicemail greeting? If you haven’t already set up the voicemail and unable to record voicemail greeting, then go to the top of the page and learn how to set up voicemail on the iPhone.

When you receive a new voicemail, the Voicemail icon will appear in the notification bar. You can also access your voicemail to check your messages by selecting and holding the One (1) key from the dial pad, follow these steps: From any Home screen, tap Applications. Scroll to and tap Visual Voicemail. Scroll to and tap the voicemail message you want to hear. Tap the blue Play icon to listen to the message.
Step 6. Tap “Setup” and you will be asked to fill a voicemail number. Fill it with your phone number. Then, tap OK.
Our phone does not leave any type of a prompt on the main screen when there is a new voice mail waiting. Is there some way to turn this feature on?
