Along with having my greeting screen frozen I was also not receiving any indication that a call was coming in...no ring, no vibrate, no visual indication on the phone at all. All calls were going directly to voicemail and the greeting was some funky message...maybe it was the default although custom was checkmarked. I still get the same issue. I called my voicemail. It's set up and I was able to change my voicemail like that and listen to my messages, but the visual voicemail on my iPhone doesn't show any messages and will not allow me to create a new voicemail like it use to. Every time I click save it says "Greeting save failed. Failed to save your greeting"
Call the voicemail system to change your password: From your AT&T wireless phone, press and hold 1. For AT&T Wireless Home Phone, dial 1. If prompted, enter your voicemail password.
