"Options and then you press three to change or listen to your previous greeting...."
1. Open the Phone app — the app that you use to make phone calls and track your contacts — and tap "Voicemail" in the bottom-right corner.
2. Setting Up an AT&T Voicemail by Calling: Open your iPhone's Phone app. It's the white phone icon on a green background on the Home screen. Tap "Voicemail".
