Tripboba.com - Voicemail is a voice message that a caller will leave to your mailbox when you’re absent or busy with another conversation. The same goes if you’re trying to call someone else and they don’t answer. You can leave a voice message and they will receive the mail, allowing them to hear what you want to say.
If you don’t know what to say in your voicemail, here’s a few pointers to get you started: Make sure that you’re not yelling into the phone and the message is recorded in a somewhat quiet area. If the message is for work, try to keep it professional and avoid mistakes, if possible. If you’re working in retail, apologize for not picking up and note that you will call them back. Regardless of your occupation, try to keep the message short. It shouldn’t be longer than 25 seconds. If the voicemail is personal, feel free to leave a silly, short message that lets the caller know it’s you.
2. Touch the Action Overflow icon and then choose the Settings command. On some phones you need to touch the Menu icon to access the Settings command.
5. When you're ready to begin recording, tap on "Record" and begin speaking. Once you begin recording, you'll see the line turn red. This indicates how much time you have left.
