Can’t record a custom voicemail greeting on iPhone? You need to try out a few troubleshooting workarounds to throw out the problem.
To record a new greeting, follow these steps: Create a new greeting by tapping Record a new greeting.

Listen to your greeting, press 1, Record your personal greeting, press 2. Change your recorded name, press 7. Use standard greeting including your mobile number, press 8.
