I have tried every suggestion & I still cannot change my greeting. It is like the greeting page is frozen! Any further suggestions appreciated.

Users lacking the option and means of accessing their voicemail accounts from landlines would not be able to keep their greetings updated in the absence of cellular and internet service.
Change your greeting: Tap Voicemail, then tap Greeting.Change your voicemail password: Go to Settings > Phone > Change Voicemail Password, then enter the new password. Change the alert for new voicemail: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics or Settings > Sounds.
To save voicemails on most Android phones: Open your Voicemail app. Tap, or tap and hold the message you want to save. In the menu that appears, tap the one that says “save”, “export” or “archive.”
1. Open your iPhone’s Settings. It’s a gray app that contains gears and is on your home screen.
If you do not want to use your voicemail and would like to turn it off, please contact us to remove the service from your number. At this time, there is no self-service option for turning off voicemail.
Enter a voicemail password then click done. Re-enter password then tap done again. Now go to your voicemail greeting and you will be able to edit your greeting. Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
If you’re able to access your voicemail through your phone fine that indicates that the service from US Mobile is working just fine. We would advise contacting Google Support for further troubleshooting. Note: If you unfortunately forgot your voicemail password, change your voicemail password will not work, you have to reset it. You should contact your carrier or check its website and see if they offer an option to reset the password online.

I have checked your account and I can confirm that the voicemail on your account can be disabled. But again, this might just get automatically enabled from time to time so you may have to contact us again to get it done. Again I apologize for the confusion and the delay in response. How how how can that be??!! This is the year 2016, and I can’t set basic options like the number of rings! Actually I too want to turn off voicemail completely. I am aghast to read I don’t have a choice.
You can check CDR and auto recordings on the PBX web interface. CDR (Call Detail Record) is a data record that contains various attributes of the call, such as time, duration, call status, source number, and destination number, etc.
