When you get a voicemail, you can check your message from the notification on your phone. Swipe down from the top of the screen. To set up Visual Voicemail, tap Set Up Now. You’ll be prompted to enter and confirm a voicemail password. Next, you’ll have the option to choose the default voicemail greeting or record your own. If you want to record your own custom greeting, tap Custom. Once you’ve entered created your password and chosen your greeting, you’ll be able to receive voicemails and view them in the Phone app.
For the users to be able to do this from the phone or by calling into the system the users will have to have pre-recorded greeting for different status and switch between them from the phone or by calling in to the system. They can do that from the web client, windows client or an android client.
