When you have new voicemail, the Phone tab in the Skype for Business main window displays the number of your messages. Regardless of your occupation, try to keep the message short. It shouldn’t be longer than 25 seconds. If the voicemail is personal, feel free to leave a silly, short message that lets the caller know it’s you.
To change your Standard Voicemail greeting follow the directions below. Enter your password and the press # key.
