2. Set up your voicemail. Press and hold the 1 key or dial 123 on your device dial pad to call and connect to your voicemail. During the first time setup, you may be asked for your password.
The setup information will not be preserved if you do not finish all stages in a single phone call; otherwise, you will have to restart the process the next time you access voicemail.

In the event that you are requested, enter your voicemail password and then follow the on-screen instructions to set up your voicemail.
This is an Apple bug that has been there for YEARS, and they STILL refuse to address it!!!

When you have new voicemail, the Phone tab in the Skype for Business main window displays the number of your messages. Along with having my greeting screen frozen I was also not receiving any indication that a call was coming in...no ring, no vibrate, no visual indication on the phone at all. All calls were going directly to voicemail and the greeting was some funky message...maybe it was the default although custom was checkmarked. I also tried resetting, turning off WiFi, checking Do Not Disturb.
