2. Press and hold the "1" key on the keypad. If it’s your first time setting up voicemail, you’ll likely see a message that says “No voicemail number is stored on the card.” If pressing this button dials your voicemail service, listen to the prompts for instructions on completing the setup process.
3. Click on your phone, then “Scan,” if you’re prompted to confirm what type of data to scan select “Voicemails.”

To set up your voicemail, press *98, *68, or #55 (varies by location) from your home phone or call the retrieval number you received with your welcome letter. Voice prompts will guide you through the rest of the steps.
Note: a desk phones' voicemail greeting can only be recorded via phone, there is no way to upload or download a greeting through the online panel.
Once this screen has appeared all of your old voice mails will display. Tap Greeting in the top left.

Our last hope to fix can’t record voicemail on iPhone Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile is to reset network settings. Doing it won’t delete or alter the data, only the VPNs, APNs, Wi-Fi Passwords, Paired Bluetooth Devices, and other network-related settings will reset to default. Navigate to the Settings app. Go to General. Tap Reset and then select Reset Network Settings. Enter the password to proceed and confirm Reset.
Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS. Check for a carrier-bundle update: Go to Settings > General > About. If an update is available, a message will ask you to update. To check your cellular network connection, try to call someone.
