1. Set up voicemail. To set your voicemail box using the phone connected to your AT&T Voicemail (such as your home number), follow these steps: Dial *98 or dial your Access Number.
From the bottom, click on “Voicemail.”Select a voicemail, then the three-dotted menu.

Dial your mobile, wait for it to go to answer phone and hit the star key, a prompt will ask you to enter your pin code that you set up previously, followed by the hash (#) key. So if you have no credit to access voicemail to set up a pin your kinda stumped.

The Android operating system includes a native visual voicemail that lets you view voicemail messages in text form. If you have an older Android phone or if your service provider doesn’t offer visual voicemail, you can download a third-party app. Select Phone. Select Keypad. Press and hold the number 1. If your voicemail is not set up, select ADD NUMBER. Select Voicemail number. Enter the Voicemail number and select OK. Repeat steps 2-4 to check your voicemail.
2. Select the Keypad tab, then the Visual Voicemail icon from the drop-down menu.
I still get the same issue. I called my voicemail. It's set up and I was able to change my voicemail like that and listen to my messages, but the visual voicemail on my iPhone doesn't show any messages and will not allow me to create a new voicemail like it use to. Every time I click save it says "Greeting save failed. Failed to save your greeting"
With Visual Voicemail on iOS 9 you can listen to a Voicemail easily and you can also save or send a message on to someone else through iMessage or email.
The first time you tap Voicemail, you’re asked to create a voicemail password and record your voicemail greeting.

3 - Give your audio file a nickname, tag (optional) and select “Mailbox Greeting” from the Type drop down.
