Press 4 to go to the Personal Options menu. Press 3 to go to the Greetings menu. Press 1 for Personal Greetings. You then have the following options: Press 1 to set the standard greeting with your Xfinity Voice number. Press 2 to set up your standard greeting with your name. Press 3 to record a new personal greeting.

If you do not know your password, please call Cellular One Customer Service. 1 - Check messages. 1 - Skip back within the current message 3 - Skip forward within the current message 4 - Play the previous message 5 - Forward the message 6 - Play the next message 7 - Delete the current message 8 - Play the time stamp of the current message 9
Click the Messages button on your phone. This will dial in to the Spectrum Voice portal. Enter your temporary voicemail password - If you do not have your temporary voicemail password, please see your system administrator.
2. Access your voicemail. Dial *98 from your home phone. If you are away from home, dial your access number and follow the prompts, or dial your phone number, then press the * key when you hear the greeting.
