In the Voicemail section, tap Voicemail greeting. Tap Record a greeting. Tap Record . Record your greeting and when you’re done, tap Stop . Choose what you want to do with the recording: To listen to the recording, tap Play . To replace the recording, tap Redo. To save the recording, tap Save. Enter a name for the new greeting and tap Save.
From the Android Mobile App: Click the More button at the top left of the mobile app. Select Voicemail. Click Folder with Music Icon located at the top of the mobile app. Click the Record button, give the recording a title, and click OK. The system will call your extension. Answer the call and follow the prompts to record your new greeting.
