When using the T-Mobile Visual Voicemail app, for example, select “Settings” from the three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
1. Open your Android’s Phone app. It usually looks like a phone receiver at the bottom of the home screen.
Just NowCheck your voicemail on iPhone. In the Phone app , Visual Voicemail (available from select carriers) shows a list of your messages. You can choose which ones to play and delete without listening to all of them. A badge on the Voicemail icon indicates the number of unheard messages.
If you persistently can’t save your greeting, you may need to reset your phone’s network settings. The iPhone needs to access your network’s data connection to save changes to your voice mail configuration, and if it can’t connect to 3G or 4G, it won’t save the changes.
