Yea, same issue with me on Att network.. Frozen screen on voicemail settings. I was not even able to call myself to change the voicemail. I had to reset voicemail password over myatt app. And after that I was able to acess my voicemail over the phone. Still I cant change voicemail over the phone. Hope this will help you reset your voicemail.
2 hours agoAccess your main voicemail menu. If you do not know how to access your voicemail box, follow instructions on Listen to your Sprint voicemail messages. Press 3 for Personal Options. Press 2 for Greetings. Press 1 to Change Greeting. Press 1 to Record personal greeting or press 2 to select the standard greeting. Press # to End Recording.

Alright let me try to clear this problem as much as I can. From the parent carrier, we have a limitation or you can say a requirement that all numbers should have the Voicemail set up. So what we do for those customers who don’t want it, we disable it from our side but again the numbers keep syncing from the parent carrier’s network from time to time (roughly once a quarter). When the numbers get synced, voicemail automatically gets enabled. To some people, this is alright but sometimes it becomes inconvenience for the customers to call us again to disable it.
So make sure you connect with them to make sure you have it. If you don't see that play on the record and that way you'll just have to basically record and use a different device to call them yourself, to hear your voicemail. I hope you found this useful.
