One of the first things you might want to do when you set up a new Samsung Galaxy S10 is to record a voicemail greeting. Unfortunately, it's not obvious how to do that, so many people make do with the default greeting.
5. When you're ready to begin recording, tap on "Record" and begin speaking. Once you begin recording, you'll see the line turn red. This indicates how much time you have left.

Note: Voicemail, Visual Voicemail, and Voicemail transcription are available from select carriers in select countries or regions.
If you want to change your default greeting: Open the YouMail app and tap the Menu (☰) icon in the top left corner of the screen. Tap on Greetings. Under the default phone/phone number, tap Change. You can either record your own greeting or select an existing one.
If you persistently can’t save your greeting, you may need to reset your phone’s network settings. The iPhone needs to access your network’s data connection to save changes to your voice mail configuration, and if it can’t connect to 3G or 4G, it won’t save the changes.
I wish that were the solution, but if your cell phone is turned off, out of range, or in airplane mode, the US Mobile voicemail kicks in immediately, without even trying to ring the phone. Google Voice doesn’t have a chance.

When an extension user is unavailable, the voicemail greeting consists of 3 audio clips: Unavailable Prompt + Voicemail Prompt + "Di".

If you’ve already created a custom voicemail on your iPhone, you can tap Play to see how your voicemail sounds. If you’re interested in creating a new message, tap the Custom button. From here, you can start recording your message by tapping Record and tapping Stop whenever you’re finished. Once you’re finished recording, tap on Play to make sure the message comes across as you’d like and hit Save (in the upper right) to save it as your voicemail.

From any Home screen, tap Applications.Scroll to and tap Visual Voicemail.Tap Greetings.Tap the greeting you want to use or tap Record a new greeting.
