Setting up a new voicemail message is the same on any iPhone that runs iOS 9 or higher. Use the steps below to set a custom iPhone voicemail message.

To change or record a new AT&T Visual Voicemail Greeting: tap Phone > Voicemail. If you have iPhone, select Greeting. For all other smartphones, tap Settings > Change voicemail greeting.
