Part 2: How to Change and Record your Voicemail Greetings on iPhone. Your voicemail message let people know they've reached the right person and reminds them of leaving a message after the beep. So if you get a new iPhone, you have no voicemail message. Or maybe you just haven't updated your voicemail greeting.
To change or record a new AT&T Visual Voicemail Greeting: tap Phone > Voicemail. If you have iPhone, select Greeting. For all other smartphones, tap Settings > Change voicemail greeting. Select Custom > Record. When you're finished recording your greeting, select Stop > Save. Some smartphones may call the voicemail system when you select Change

I tried turning Wifi off, I tried resetting. My greeting screen was just frozen.
3. Force close and reopen the Phone app. To force close Phone, on iPhone X and later swipe up until you see the apps in task view, then swipe up again on Phone.
The easiest way to listen to your voicemail is to call your mailbox. Either dial your mobile number from your phone or use quick-dial access:

When you set up Voicemail for iPhone 7, you can enter the Phone app, and then tap on "Voicemail" to access to Voicemail to change for the desired information.
3. At the top of the page to select all messages in the list, check the checkbox. Or to delete a selected few, check the box beside each message.
Accessing voicemail on an Android phone can be achieved by hitting and holding down the 1 key on the number pad until the system dials your 10-digit phone number, as seen in the screenshot.

Once this screen has appeared all of your old voice mails will display. Tap Greeting in the top left.
Tap Record a new greeting. Note: If necessary, delete an existing greeting (limit of 2 greetings) to make room for the new greeting: Tap the Menu key, tap Delete greetings, tap the check box next to the desired greeting, and then tap Delete.
