All sorts of funny issues can occur when your phone hasn’t had a reboot in a while. Rebooting allows your phone to clear out and fix any issues. So try switching it off for at least five minutes, then see if the problem is resolved.

I have the same problem. I’ve also worked with the support line (via the chat option), and have been unsuccessful at getting it set up or enabled. “The voicemail box number is invalid…”, yet, if I call my number, I can leave a voicemail, but have no way to go in and retrieve it.

In many cases, an update to your carrier’s voicemail app or settings can resolve the issue, but don’t forget to call your voicemail number to check if it is set up correctly. Once you’ve set up your voicemail, you’re free to switch off when you need to. There are other ways you can stay in contact, however.

To delete messages in bulk, select the menu bar in the top-right corner (represented by three vertical dots). Choose “Edit” and tap each individual voicemail that you wish to delete. The screen also includes a bulk select application for bulk deletion.
