I had installed WhoApp yesterday to see how I might like it, and decided to uninstall it. WhoApp uses its own VoiceMail, so when I uninstalled it and couldn't change my greeting, I was ready to blame WhoApp! Thankfully, this thread gave me the correct solution. I just deleted all of my old voicemail messages and everything works now!

Check your voicemail on iPhone. In the Phone app , Visual Voicemail (available from select carriers) shows a list of your messages. You can choose which ones to play and delete without listening to all of them. A badge on the Voicemail icon indicates the number of unheard messages.
These steps are for all Devices including Windows, if voicemail is less than 30 days old. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account. Click My Phone or Line Details > Check Voicemail. Log into your Digits account. Click on the message to download. In the expanded menu, click Download.

Thanks for the explanation. It does indeed sound like thereâs no convenient solution till your whole system gets revamped. To briefly explain *why* I donât want your voicemail enabled: I use my USMobile number as a forwarding line for Google Voice. Google Voiceâs voicemail is frankly superior to yours so I want to use it exclusively. When your voicemail kicks in it interferes with Google Voiceâs operation, causing me frustration and a real mess. Iâll give some thought to whether I want to be bothered with going through a quarterly exercise of calling and re-disabling your voicemail.

3. Mobile Wireless: Press and hold the â1â button on the dialer screen of your T-Mobile device. This command automatically dials into the T-Mobile voicemail system.
To set up Visual Voicemail, tap Set Up Now. Youâll be prompted to enter and confirm a voicemail password. Next, youâll have the option to choose the default voicemail greeting or record your own. If you want to record your own custom greeting, tap Custom. Once youâve entered created your password and chosen your greeting, youâll be able to receive voicemails and view them in the Phone app.
