So far you probably had a generic voicemail greeting on your iPhone and want to change it to a personal voicemail greeting and with most carriers you don’t even need an additional voicemail recording app and can record a custom voicemail greeting directly on iPhone.
On the Phone tab, click the voicemail icon below the dial pad, and then click Change Greetings. Skype for Business calls your voicemail and guides you to record a personal greeting.

2. Request New Voicemail Settings From Your Carrier. You may believe that your voicemail settings are correct, but there can sometimes be conflicting settings on your cell phone that can cause issues with voicemail not working on your Android device.
With Visual Voicemail, you can see a list of your messages and choose which ones to listen to or delete. Learn how to set up and transfer your existing voicemail. I’m trying to set up my voicemail box, but when I get to the menu the only options are to access an existing mailbox (I tried putting my number in under that option, but it says it’s invalid) or to leave a message for another number.
