Make sure that you set up your voicemail. To check, dial your own phone number from your iPhone and leave yourself a message. Call your iPhone from another phone and try to leave yourself a voicemail. Go to the keypad and press and hold on the 1, or press the Call Voicemail button. This dials voicemail. Check if you have any missed messages.
Along with having my greeting screen frozen I was also not receiving any indication that a call was coming in...no ring, no vibrate, no visual indication on the phone at all. All calls were going directly to voicemail and the greeting was some funky message...maybe it was the default although custom was checkmarked. When I go into the greeting page the page is is not working , touching play / record does nothing. Can’t change anything.
