To set up Visual Voicemail, tap Set Up Now. You’ll be prompted to enter and confirm a voicemail password. Next, you’ll have the option to choose the default voicemail greeting or record your own. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but I can't change the voicemail greeting with my iPhone! Anyone else having this same problem?
Make sure to keep the microphone in an appropriate angle and distance while recording. When finished, tap “Stop” and finally “Save”.
