Along with having my greeting screen frozen I was also not receiving any indication that a call was coming in...no ring, no vibrate, no visual indication on the phone at all. This is one of the reason’s I am considering changing my iphone to Samsung Android OS! Another voice mail bug is when I play new voice mail it plays old voice mail!
