One of the first things you might want to do when you set up a new Samsung Galaxy S10 is to record a voicemail greeting. Unfortunately, it's not obvious how to do that, so many people make do with the default greeting.
1. Open the Phone app — the app that you use to make phone calls and track your contacts — and tap "Voicemail" in the bottom-right corner.

Begin by tapping the Phone icon that is located on the home screen. Next, you’re going to touch the Voicemail tab that is located at the bottom right of your iPhone screen.
From any Home screen, tap Applications.Scroll to and tap Visual Voicemail.Tap Greetings.Tap the greeting you want to use or tap Record a new greeting. To delete messages in bulk, select the menu bar in the top-right corner (represented by three vertical dots). Choose “Edit” and tap each individual voicemail that you wish to delete. The screen also includes a bulk select application for bulk deletion.
Ask Siri. Say something like: “Play the voicemail from Eliza.” Learn how to ask Siri.
Call your home phone number. Depending on your location, you can press #, * or 2 to interrupt the greeting, and then enter your PIN. Follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
3. Mobile Wireless: Press and hold the “1” button on the dialer screen of your T-Mobile device. This command automatically dials into the T-Mobile voicemail system.
4. To delete multiple voicemails, select and hold the first voicemail, then click on “More items.”

I have the same problem. I’ve also worked with the support line (via the chat option), and have been unsuccessful at getting it set up or enabled. “The voicemail box number is invalid…”, yet, if I call my number, I can leave a voicemail, but have no way to go in and retrieve it.
