Step 5. In the greeting section, select whether you want the greeting to be default or custom. Choose custom if you want to record your own voice for a personalized greeting.
Sprint: Sprint has its own basic voicemail for you to set up. In order to get there, you’ll need to press and hold the 1 button and create a four-to-ten digit passcode to access your voicemail. You’ll then need to follow the voice prompts to set it up.

3. Select “Deleted Voicemails,” you will then be presented with a list of voicemail messages available for restore.

To set up your voicemail, press #55 or *68 from your home phone or call the retrieval number you received with your welcome letter. Voice prompts will guide you through the rest of the steps.
01-21-2015 05:29 PM. If you call your number from another phone, when the voicemail kicks on hit the # button. It'll ask you for your password. Enter it, and then you'll have access to the Main Menu to change your Voicemail greeting. View solution in original post.
You do need a visual voicemail for the last option. That is something that is provided by your cell phone provider and most cell phone provider have it by default. if you don't see it, call them and see if you can add it.
