3. Activate or deactivate One-Touch Access. When you call your voicemail from your phone from anywhere on the Nationwide Sprint® Network, One-Touch Access allows you to access your voicemail without having to enter your passcode.

The cause may be down to the phone or the voicemail application. To clear the phone’s app data:
