I had installed WhoApp yesterday to see how I might like it, and decided to uninstall it. WhoApp uses its own VoiceMail, so when I uninstalled it and couldn't change my greeting, I was ready to blame WhoApp! Thankfully, this thread gave me the correct solution. I just deleted all of my old voicemail messages and everything works now!

On the Phone tab, click the voicemail icon below the dial pad, and then click Change Greetings. Skype for Business calls your voicemail and guides you to record a personal greeting.

Users lacking the option and means of accessing their voicemail accounts from landlines would not be able to keep their greetings updated in the absence of cellular and internet service.
2. Press and hold the "1" key on the keypad. If itâs your first time setting up voicemail, youâll likely see a message that says âNo voicemail number is stored on the card.â If pressing this button dials your voicemail service, listen to the prompts for instructions on completing the setup process.
Select "custom" and tap on "Record" in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Tap on "Stop" when you finish recording. Select "Play" to play back the message. If you are satisfied with your new message, select "Save" in the upper-right corner.
Note: a desk phones' voicemail greeting can only be recorded via phone, there is no way to upload or download a greeting through the online panel.
5. On your dial pad, press â1â to listen to your messages, the most recent message should play first.
On Android devices above Android 5 (Lollipop), open the Phone app. Then, press and hold "1" to call your voicemail. Now, enter your PIN and press "#". Press "*" for the menu. Press "4" to change settings. Press "1" to change your greeting. Make sure to follow all the instructions.

1 hours agoWith an iPhone 6s, you're using Visual Voicemail. You will need to tap the phone icon>Voicemail>Greeting>Select Default to choose no personal greeting. 4. Setting Up a T-Mobile Voicemail: Open your iPhone's Phone app. It's the white phone icon on a green background on the Home screen. Tap "Keypad". It's one of the options at the bottom of the screen.
If youâve already created a custom voicemail on your iPhone, you can tap Play to see how your voicemail sounds. If youâre interested in creating a new message, tap the Custom button. From here, you can start recording your message by tapping Record and tapping Stop whenever youâre finished. Once youâre finished recording, tap on Play to make sure the message comes across as youâd like and hit Save (in the upper right) to save it as your voicemail.
