One of the best and quick fix to this issue is to turn off Wi-Fi for once and switch to Cellular data connection and then try to change the default greeting to custom on iPhone.
The setup information will not be preserved if you do not finish all stages in a single phone call; otherwise, you will have to restart the process the next time you access voicemail.
1. Dial the 10-digit phone number associated with your Twigby account and wait for the call to go to voicemail.
Listen to your greeting, press 1, Record your personal greeting, press 2. Change your recorded name, press 7. Use standard greeting including your mobile number, press 8. To hear new message automatically (on/off), press 6. Change your 4-digit PIN, press 7. Turn on/off Voicemail, press 8. Return to the main menu, press *.
4. For Sprint, select the three-dotted menu from the top right-hand corner then “Delete.”
5. Use voicemail on a computer. Download messages to a computer. If you're the Primary Account Holder, you can save your messages from your My-T-Mobile account.
You can call your voicemail service to check your messages. Open the Phone app . At the bottom, tap Dialpad . Touch and hold 1.

2 hours agoAccess your main voicemail menu. If you do not know how to access your voicemail box, follow instructions on Listen to your Sprint voicemail messages. Press 3 for Personal Options.
