This is an Apple bug that has been there for YEARS, and they STILL refuse to address it!!!
4 hours agoVoicemail is an audio or voice message that’s recorded when you’re busy with another call or when a phone call goes unanswered, for you to listen to later. It’s different from the age old answering machines in that instead of storing the message on the device, it stores it in a mailbox on your service provider’s server, the same way an email message is stored.
.
When you first set up your Android phone, it may ask you to record your greeting for the caller. You can also keep the default greeting stored on the device. But, in future, if you want to customize the Voicemail greeting or want to create a new one, then you may need to delete the old recordings from Android. It may not be necessary depending on the Android device model & version; it’s good to know the process.
Besides creating an audio file in the right format (Adaptive Multi-Rate), you also need to trick the iPhone to upload your new greeting to the AT&T servers:
You can either press and hold 1 key or dial 805-637-7243 to access your voicemail.
For personal users, a funny iPhone voicemail message may be just what you want. It’s still a good idea to keep it short, but you can have some fun by using your iPhone to record a funny voicemail message played over a speaker on your computer or another device.
Just NowCall your iPhone from another phone and try to leave yourself a voicemail. Go to the keypad and press and hold on the 1, or press the Call Voicemail button. This dials voicemail. Check if you have any missed messages. On the Voicemail screen, tap Greeting. Then change your greeting to either custom or default.
4. When you're ready to begin recording, tap on "Record" and begin speaking. Once you begin recording, you'll see the line turn red. This indicates how much time you have left.
To record custom greetings simply click Record custom greeting, then hit Tap to record and start recording.
10. Reset Time Zone and set Date & Time automatically. For most users, it’s recommended to let your device automatically set the time. To make sure that your time zone and similar settings are correct
When you press the voicemail button, you will be sent directly to your voicemail, where you will be asked for your password, which is the last four digits of your phone number followed by the # key, as shown below.
Make sure to keep the microphone in an appropriate angle and distance while recording. When finished, tap “Stop” and finally “Save”.

As with most technology and applications, experiencing glitches at times is normal. We may not be able to pinpoint the cause of why you are not able to delete your voicemail messages, but here are three things you could try via your Android phone to solve the problem:
4. Reset your pin. Maybe you have forgotten your pin or passcode or you never set it up in the first place. This is a common issue. Most carriers have detailed instructions for changing passcodes. For example, to change a T-Mobile passcode, hold down the "1" key, then press the star key, and then press number 5 to go into passcode security. Then press 1, and you will be able to change your passcode. You can change your Sprint passcode online by choosing the my preferences tab and then the "things I can manage online" section. You can reset your pin by calling the carrier if you have forgotten it or never set it up at all. Some sites allow you to do this online.
