Can't change voicemail greeting. I know there's probably some silly fix for this but I can't find one anywhere after searching. I have an iPhone 6s. When I go in to change my voicemail greeting, it won't let me. It's checked off as Custom, but when I press Play, Record, or Default - nothing happens. The only button I can press is Cancel (which

Along with having my greeting screen frozen I was also not receiving any indication that a call was coming in...no ring, no vibrate, no visual indication on the phone at all. All calls were going directly to voicemail and the greeting was some funky message...maybe it was the default although custom was checkmarked.
